Vocalist Maddie Martin and pianist Columbus Sandor are a London-based Jazz duo and graduates of the Royal Academy of Music class of 2025. With their distinct artistry and expressive chemistry, they have quickly established themselves on the London jazz scene, performing at leading venues including Pizza Express Jazz Club, Spice of Life, Green Note, and Vortex Jazz Club. In early 2025, they were invited to record at Quiet Monkey Studios, working with five-time Grammy-nominated producer James McMillan and Claire Martin OBE. Influenced by greats such as Carmen McRae, Ella Fitzgerald, BIll Evans, and Herbie Hancock, they bring a refined yet contemporary touch to classic jazz, creating an intimate and deeply expressive listening experience.
